Goals are your vision of the future

If you have ever been to a job interview, you probably recall the question ’Where do you see yourself in 5 years?’ Normally people give the ambitious answer, I want to be a team leader or a shift manager or whatever position is above the one you are applying for.  But, did you ever ask that question to yourself, personally? Do you know what you would like to be doing in a year, 2, 5, 10, 20?
We all realise that goals can change during a lifetime, we drop off college as the course wasn’t what we expected, we recognise that after all marketing isn’t our thing or working late hours in project management isn’t really something that makes us happy. 
How do you keep attuned to your true nature and curiosity? How do you keep growing? What are your goals? What’s the ultimate thing that you would like to achieve in life?
